The Environmental Experience at FSU was started to address the rising need for a more environmentally aware professional workforce. There is high demand for individuals with the desire, drive and education to help improve out natural environment.
The Florida panhandle is the perfect place to learn, work and live in the environment. Tallahassee is surrounded by state parks with camp sites, hiking and kayaking trails, bird and wildlife watching, and numerous other activities. Though don’t feel you need to limit yourself to just the state parks because there is so much to see and do. Florida is known for being the perfect place for water-goers. This area is full of rivers, lakes, springs and you can’t forget the Gulf of Mexico at our doorstep.
